Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
You may need to reset the output video back to standard definition. Sometimes the PS3 "forgets" what video output it has been using.
Follow these steps :-
Step 1. Turn the PS3 onto standby (red light on)
Step 2. Press and hold the power button. It will beep when you first press it, then beep again 5 seconds later. When you hear the second beep let go of the power button.
Step 3. Wait for your PS3 to start up
Hopefully this will reset the video back to standard definition and you should now get a picture.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa
