I bought a used crib from a thrift store. The crib I find it most looks like (in any of the stores in my market) is the Delta Concordia 7686-205. (although my crib is white not "expresso" in color). I need the hardware for my crib, and the assembly instructions. There are no markings whatsoever on my crib to indicate the manufacturer!
Place an insert nut into the top of the stationary rail.
Place another nut into the bottom of that same rail.
Flip that rail over and put another nut into the top and bottom of it the same as you just did.
Now stick a two bolts into one side of the headboard.
Stand up the headboard and twist them bolds from the headboard into the stationary rail.
Now you want to twist two bolts through the secondary headboard and through the other side of the stationary rail. Make sure not to tighten them bolts up to much yet.
Now put the mattress support inside the crib.
Take four bolts into the top holes that are pre-drilled in the slat on the headboard and then on through to the mattress support.
Do the same now with the other slat support for the headboard.
Now do the same with the two remaining slats for the secondary headboard.
Now tighten all the bolts real well.
Put the crib on it's side.
Now your gonna stick the canisters into the legs. Tap them in with a hammer if they are a bit stubborn.
Now slide the rubber off of the lower side bracket.
Hold the front drop rail so that the push plate faces away from the crib.
Now slide that front drop rail on the tracks until it is all the way in the crib and then reinstall the rubber stoppers.
Now put the crib on it's casters and go over the crib and give it a once over and make sure everything is secure and tight.

i tried researching and found some complaints on it but no recall...i would look at your owners manual for an address or phone number and contact the company... i also read that the paint comes off easily? if you just recently bought it i would return it to the store and get it from another manufacturer...better to be safe than sorry.
I need hardware as well. I called Delta Childrens Product Customer Service and they charge $35.00 for the hardware for my Luv 5 in 1 Crib (model 4822). I tried several hardware stores and none of the bolts I purchased fit. According to Delta, since the crib was made in Indonesia, the hardware has to come from that country.
You can order the crib rails through your local Babies R Us. We have the same crib, and have been having trouble locating them also. I spoke with the store manager today, and she said all DELTA cribs use the same rails. They are a metal pair that cost $69.99. The number for them is: 617153. Hope this helps!! :-)
According to the CPSP information, Delta is offering a repair kit. You may also check with the store you purchased it at to see what their policy is regarding recalled products.
We had a different recalled crib that we were able to return to WalMart for a full refund without our receipt.
i actually seen that you had to pay to use your site.so as far as i was aware i didn't even send my email to you i had just closed out the tab.but i had just kept searching online and seen other people had posted reviews on the crib and 2 of them actually put in the price they had spent.thanks though.
