I'm having the same problem. My 7 & 8 year olds boys got given one each and the wings broke when they were putting them together. wowwee.com sells them for about 15euros. I'm not paying that much, I'm sure the toys didn't cost that much! I think they're just an obsolete toy now. Have you had any luck?

With regard to the playmobil giant dragon: how do the wings attach? they will not stay in place

You have to really forcefully jamb the wings into their sockets. It's best to position/bend the limb so the swiveling hinge/anchor can be pushed directly down into the hole without exerting any force through the limb itself. As you push down and in you can at the same time be bending the limb back up as needed to get the right leverage. It's slightly harder when one wing is in and you are working on the second one but it's just a matter of positioning the other wing and maintaining proper leverage. The wings can come back out fairly easily if bent perpendicular to the hinge.

Cutting cost on wing production, resulting in a nasty crash!

i normaly only repair large aircraft, but it seems your old good wing was fatigued from regular use and broke, and the new ones are of poor asian quality, thats why they are snaping. i assume the wings are folding up, so on the bottom attach a very thin wire (stainless lockwire if you can get) to the ends of the wing to fuse, at least 30 deg. from wing (like bottom of wing to bottom of fuse)

i say it was chicken.
chicken has evolved from ancient turtle. turtle got tired of being slow and to hide in its shell from predetors.,so he decided to grow wings and fly away. but at first try he failed.thats why we have chicken ,. he tried again . he thought he needed to be biger to fly.so he evolved to ostrich.it did not work either.thats why ostrich hide his head under the sand .he cant fly and he doesnt have a shell to hide in.
