Question about Computers & Internet
Thanks for using FixYa. First of all please check that there is no paper jam. Open all the doors, take out the paper tray, take out the cartridges and visually inspect if there is any tiny piece of paper or foreign object is stuck anywhere in the printer. Turn it off and unplug it from all cables (power, USB, etc). If still the issue is not resolved then clean the print head. To clean the print head take a hot water towel with the printer unplugged and the cartridges out, clean it till the time you see there is no ink residue on the towel. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
