Since the app could access your Facebook, can't you re-install the app? Android or iOS? Or what? Don't panic.
You can create a new temporary email address anywhere, that you can use to recover your facebook password.

You don't have to remember the questions only the answers . You should never forget the answers .as the questions go something like this .Pets name,Mothers maiden name. Name of school you went to . Ok Google( Login in yahoo )In the drop down window enter your yahoo email address, click on I cant access my account and follow directions.

Can you prove that you own the phone? It could be a stolen or a lost phone. Change the SIM, reset the phone and start all over again.

If your account is not banned or deactivated by yahoo, try this site to enter into your yahoomail and change the password. If still not possible to get in and you have forgot the security question then the other option is to contact yahoo customer support here
(although its a waste of time contacting yahoo customer service) you can give it a try.

If any of these doesn't seems to work then the only remaining option is to sign up for a new yahoo mail account.

On the Sign In page of Yahoo, Just click on "I can't access my account" and there is a procedure there to retrieve your yahoo id.

Did you not set a password? I've never heard of them setting a password by itself. Have you tried just hitting the enter key? My PC used to ask me for a password, even though it knew I didn't have 1, when I had other user accounts on my PC. I took those off, so it doesn't ask anymore. But before that, all I had to do was hit enter, because I had no password. Give it a try. :)

if u forget your password but if u have your yahoo id...just enter your yahoo id and click the link forget my password below the sign in tab..read the instructions there...u maybe ask about enter the code seen there and pets name and postal code...For the postal code, u just fill in the postal code of the area state location of which place or city u belong...if u fill up all the necessary information needed...u will be ask to make a new password...and then u can have a new password to your yahoo id..

To enable the wireless security, pls open a browser at 192.168.1.1, pls enter user name and password, on the next display pls click on the Wireless tab, pls note down the Network Name (SSID), pls click on the Wireless Security tab, select WEP, next display pls choose your Encryption (either 40/64-bit 10 hex or 104/128-bit 26 hex digits), in the Passphrase, pls enter your alphanumeric chosen password (or you can allow the router to auto generate, though easier to forget) you may or may not enter Key 1 ~ 4 and/or TX Key 1 ~ 4, click on Save Settings button at the bottom. The router may ask you to reboot it.
