Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: Thermal Arc Welder 150 GTSW went ''pop''

You badly need a service manual, you might be able to get one at the Thermal Arc home page.
Since it blew the input power breaker and let off a bit of smoke we'll take as given that something in there shorted. Inverter welders like this have a rectifier section, then an inverter section, then another rectifier section before the torch. I'd bet a little money that what went pop was one or more of the SCRs in the rectifier section. You really need the manual to do anything useful to this machine, pay particular attention to the repair sections where they talk about cold checks before powering the machine on again, it'll save you hours of replacing parts.

How do I troubleshoot a chicago mig-100 welder fuse keeps you

Looking at a owners manual with a parts list and schematic, there is no fuse in your welder. There is a thermal overload switch that senses overheating and shuts your welder down. If it is stressed to its limit it will not function any longer. Try going to the place of purchase and see if they can supply you with a thermal switch.

Repair mig welder

Control circuit failure or blown fuse on low voltage power supply. Look for 24VAC transformer. If that is OK follow to the trigger contactor and see if it is disconnected, burnt, etc.

Require schematic for canox c-sw350 welder

Since most operate on the same basic principles, the motor control should use a simple pair of SCR's to drive the wire feed and speed. They are often a weak point as most are just 200 volt 8 amp standard sensitivity types. A standard Gate 400 volt 10 amp type gives a margin of reliability without costing much more, and sometimes less.

I have a Lincoln 120v wire feed welder, model 140, and while welding, the gun cam unplugged and it arced a little on the plug end, and now, the fan runs, but nothing else will happen, it has been two hours...

Check your switch terminals, if they are connected and everything looks good, then unplug the terminal and bridge the connector (bypass it) if it start turning your drive rolls then your switch it's damaged, if nothing happens then you burned the pc board.

Wire won't feed or arc fan runns

Look for a reset button on the case. Make sure that you have power to the machine and at the power socket. If everything looks ok outside, you may have to investigate your warranty. Good luck!
