Once a hard drive is making clicking noise is time to replace it unfortunately there is not much else to do in this case, contact your vendor to verify your warranty status

This is not good. If you are not doing anything much and it is actively clicking it is generally a sign of a disk error(s). Find the name of the disk manufacture and download their disk diagnostic tools.
Do the following: To open System Information, click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type msinfo32.exe Click Plus sign on Components Click Plus sign on Storage Select Disks The third entry should be Model like ST375064 Google that information and it will tell you the brand of your disk. Go to that manufactures web site and download their diagnostic utility.

PXE-E61 ERROR
The error PXE-E61: Media test failure usually means the hard disk has failed or the hard disk needs re-seating or the disk controller is faulty.
First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If this does not work then reboot and go to the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Next - to determine if the hard drive is faulty, remove the hard drive and insert it into an USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a working computer's USB port. If this computer cannot see it as an USB mass storage device (external hard drive) and you cannot open the various folders and files, this confirms the hard drive is faulty.
The hard drive needs to be replaced in the laptop or desktop computer and Windows installed including the laptop or computer's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning laptop or desktop computer again.

Im having an error when trying to turn on my lenovo. The error codes are PXE-E61 and PXE-M0F. Then it says missing operating system. It wont do anything after that. Can you please assist me with this....

pxe-e61 (media test failure, check cable) and pxe-m0f (exiting pxe rom), your laptop is not detecting your hard drive so it cannot boot. Try this, remove anything that it is attached to your laptop (external drive, external camera or the likes) and try rebooting. If that does not work you have to open your hard disk drive bay located at the back of your laptop and carefully remove it then place it back again make sure that the screws are complete and are not loose.
Reply if pulling out your hard drive did'nt work.
