In that case the thermostat sensor is faulty and must be replaced. This is a very complicated job (it involves the practically complete dismantlement of the oven) that should be left to an expert.
The part won't be very expensive - around $50 - the labor for replacement will - expect no less than $300.

Are you using the "Temp Hold" to hold your temp at that temp or changing it without opening the panel?
(To change and hold the temperature until you return. .Open the door and push the TEMP HOLD button. The HOLD icon comes on. Push the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to set the hold temperature. .HOLD is canceled if MODE switch is moved, or by pressing TEMP HOLD again.)

Where is the temp sensor located on raypac 185b

The temp sensor is directly in the header. See where the pipes go into the heater, once you remove the cover plate, youll see where the temp sensor wires go into the header, remove the bolt holding it in, and it slides right out.

TH8110U1003 Touch screen thermostats. My problem is I don't have a manual to show me how to operate it. But the big problem I'm dealing with now is when I set a temp. say I set it for 75 and the house...

If your program that you have programed into the stat is set to 73 it will go back to that setting if the stat is in the program mode....... Push the HOLD button on the stat and keep pushing it till it say permanent HOLD right above the buttons on the bottom and then you can set your temp to what you want. Here is a download link for the manual from Honeywell..

I keep setting my thermostat but it automatically goes back to same temperature no matter what i set it at

If it is a programmable thermostat, it will only stay at a certain temp until it reaches it or on a set time, then it goes back to the scheduled program temperatures. Most programmable thermostats do have a hold feature that allows you to hold the temp to a certain setting, but if you don't set it to permanent hold, then it does what you described. Hopefully this helps some or guides you in the right direction. Good luck!

Changing temp display

Hold down the ambient temp button and the temp down button at the same time for 5 seconds. that should work. It has auto air right, not temp adjusting knobs that rotate.

I try to set the time and temp and just keeps blinking

try to push and hold after you set the time and/or temp until it flashes the appropriate setting then stays solid

if there is a menu button.... time, hour... press till the right hour is on, min.... til the right min is on then menu or ok and either release or hold....

basiclly a process of elimination.

not sure if it will solve your issue. just giving you another option to try.

also unplug and wait 10 sec to let the slow cooker reset before you try again
