Kodak dx7590 camera dock will not light up

Although you did not mention what Dock you are using, I assume it is the Camera Dock 6000. Is the Dock connected with the power supply? Because only connected to the PC with a USB cable will not be enough. Also the LiIon battery in the camera, should be charged at least once. If the battery is completely empty the dock will have trouble to. The dock can be used to charge your camera. Then the lights should indicate the state of the battery. And the Dock can be used to transfer pictures to the PC. But before that will work correct you have to install the software that came with the camera. (Easy Share software)

I cannot transfer from my camera to the computer all the time because it doesn't always sinc up. The icon on the bottom left doesn't show up showing the camera connection and easyshare message says no...

I never use the stupid docks and stuff like that I find them as useless as you have just described. I just take out the memory card and place it into a memory card reader and then it acts like those usb dives showing up as another drive and you can get your pictures off much faster and easier.
hope this helps
Cheers

Kodak V530 won't upload pictures from docking station to comuter.

If your camera have a sd/mmc card just buy a sd card reader and plug it in your pc. it will transfer all your pictures to your computer.

When I put camera on docking it win,t show charge

First, the dock will charge only the batteries that came with the device; not other rechargeable batteries.
Be sure that the Kodak battery is inserted correctly, the door is closed securely, and that the camera is securely seated in the dock with the power cord secure to both the dock and the AC outlet. The USB cord does not supply power to the dock.
Hope this helps.

Difficulty reviewing pictures when camera docked

Had the same thing happen. You must use the arrows on the dock, not those on the camera.

Pictures not transferred to the computer

The cause and solution may include one of the following: The AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. Check the connections, and then try transferring pictures again. Kodak EasyShare software is not installed. Install the software. There are too many programs running on the computer. Close all software programs and try transferring pictures again. The camera was removed from the dock during picture transfer. Replace the camera on the dock, and press the Transfer button. The Transfer button was not pressed. Press the Transfer button.
