The problem is related to fuser. It's possible that there's overheating problem with the fuser roller or insufficient temperature (low heat) to run the fuser. On many cases, this error also displays when there's something blocking on the fuser unit.
If there's no hardware defect, you can easily fix it. Remove the fuser, check for any foreign objects like pieces of paper, thread, hair, etc.. if so clear them. Clean the unit with brush or whatever you think of is good and suitable. Reinstall it. Reboot the machine and check if this helps or not.
If the problem persists, you need to reset the machine. I recommend a tech do it for you.
