How do you delete all memory from the Coby mp3 c945. So in order to start off fresh.

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
I’m sorry to say that I do not know how to delete the memory on the Coby MP3 C945 and I would suggest that you check your owner’s manual under trouble shooting or to contact the factory customer service line to see if they can send out a owner’s manual or to download a manual from the website. At this time I do not have any information on this product and I am sorry that I could not help or assist you.
Thanks, Don – The Vac Man

Hi laura wil8...

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BIG WARNING: DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
ONE MORE BIG WARNING: BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up

My ECLPISE Mp3 player will not charge no matter how many times I plug it into my computer, a message is popping up that there is a malfunction in my device and the device has worked perfectly fine until...

replace the battery in the mp3, if it has a NiCad in it now it will retain a memory of a faulty issue. If possible try to get a lithium ion battery

My coby 828 mp3 won't list the songs or artists in alphabetical order, how can i get them in alphabetical order?

I don't know your mp3 player specifically, but it's a common issue with the cheaper players that they only display music in alphabetical order of the filename; and to make matters worse, the filename used is the "8.3 filename" (see wikipedia) rather than the long filename.

To establish if this is the case with your player, get a small selection of tracks and name them 001, 002, etc. (preserve the extension, whatever it is), copy them to the player and see if they play in the order of the numbers.

If you find that this technique works to allow you to control the order of play, you will want a more convenient way to manage a larger number of songs. I suggest using a free program called "MRename" by rajko (google for "rajko mrename"). Install this program.

1. To simplify things, copy the songs you want to a special folder for the purpose, because you're going to mess with the filenames.

2. Select all the songs, right click, and choose "MRename --recursion:OFF".

3. Use a select mask of *1 which will select all of them.

4. Use a rename mask of \N301.mp3 (replace 'mp3' if appropriate). This creates names of "N"umbers, "3" digits, with leading "0"s, starting from "1", and adds ".mp3" at the end as a literal.

5. At this point, you can actually move your tracks around in the renaming program... this is where you choose your play order! When you're happy, click "rename all" and it will be done.

6. Copy the tracks to the player, ensuring that they're the only ones on there, and they should play in the order you wanted.

Remove the memory card and battery replace batterry after 30 minutes to hard reset. If the phone boots up then check card for errors, virus, delete, format as required and reset.
If this wont solve , you will need help fromNokia care to reinstall the software.

I just bought a Coby C/D Cassette player mainly to record some cassette tapes of exercise, it destroyed the tape I had of exercise by winding around the spindle and cromped the tape which will not work not...

Coby is one of the worst manufacturers of consumer electronics available. I very much suggest you return the unit for a full refund and buy any other brand. I recommend the second cheapest instead. farmerbear at FixYa.com

Save your material to another format, then clear your MP3 and start from fresh again. It's like a hard drive that needs defragmenting sometimes.

84 kawasaki voyager bike has sat up for 2 years. has low spark & fuel but will not start once in awhile it will pop or back fire.

fuel problem :
first try starting fluid spray can. if runs very short time, then carburetors are gummed up...need re-jetting or remove and buy a gallon of carb solvent and soak carbs for a day then shake out vigorously then air blow dry with compressor then retry

low spark...could be dirty plugs-clean them- or worse may be bad spark unit...try removing spark unit and pull away from chassis then re-attach wires and try....if ok spark, then unit is grounding out to chassis on rear mounting surface...look at back for small cracks in black plastic on unit.
