First, if you have a microSD card installed, remove it. Press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds before releasing it. Does that do anything?

When I put fully charged batteries in my camera and turn it on the screen works fine. However, when I install any picture card and turn the camera on it gets stuck at the Pentax Optio screen. I will stay...

I have to say that you are probably using the wrong SD card. Or the memory card is to big and the camera cant handle all that memory space. I recomend that you try a 512mb San Disk SD Card. Dont mistake this for any card. Dont use a San Disk SDHC card. Do this and make sure your batteries are charged and you should of solved your problem. Good-Luck.

Lens Error

This is probably the single most commonly encountered error among compact and bridge digital cameras. It may indicate that your camera needs repair (or replacement). Before you go that route, however, there are several things you might try. These are not foolproof and they're not guaranteed: if your camera needs professional repair then it needs professional repair.

There are many causes for this. One is impact, caused by dropping the camera or knocking it against something, especially with the lens extended. Another is dirt or grit in the works, jamming it. Ironically, one of the most common sources for the dirt or grit is the camera case. Cases tend to accumulate dirt and lint and other stuff, which eventually get transferred to the camera. Another cause is the camera getting turned on while the lens is obstructed. This can happen if the camera gets turned on inadvertently while in its case or a purse or other confined space.

Cross your fingers and try these steps in order.

  • Warranty: If your camera is still under warranty, take advantage of it.
  • Power: If you have an AC power adapter for your camera, use it. This is not the same thing as a battery charger, but instead a device intended to power the camera for a long time on AC power. If your camera has a Lithium-ion battery pack, make sure it's fully charged. It your camera uses AA or AAA batteries and you're using rechargeables, put in a fresh set of alkalines instead. The purpose of this is to get the maximum power to the motor. Try turning on the camera.
  • Air: Using a bulb-blower if you have one and a can of compressed air if you don't, try cleaning the area around the lens, where the segments normally extend. Be careful not to blow more grit into the works. Try turning on the camera.
  • Orientation-1: Still using the power source from the previous step, place your camera on its back on a hard flat surface like a tabletop with the lens pointing straight up. Try turning on the camera.
  • Orientation-2: If the previous step didn't work, turn the camera over so that the lens is down, and try turning on the camera. Sometimes the extra effort of lifting its own weight will jar it free.
  • Jiggling: This is pretty much the last resort, but since your camera is out of warranty and nothing else works, so what do you have to lose? Jiggle the lens with a fingertip as you turn the camera on. Side-to-side, up-down, clockwise-counterclockwise. Don't push down on the lens so hard that you keep it from extending.

How to Unlock a 16GB iPod Touch

How to Unlock a 16GB iPod Touch
Apple's iPod Touch comes with a screen lock feature that allows you to set a four-digit security code to prevent others from using your iPod. Every time the iPod locks, you must enter this code to unlock the screen and access the user interface. Entering the wrong code too many times, or simply forgetting your security code, can cause you to be completely locked out. When this happens, you can quickly
Instructions
1Connect your iPod Touch to the computer you usually sync it with. When you disconnect your iPod, it should now be unlocked.
2 If Step 1 does not work, you have to restore your iPod Touch. Be advised that restoring your iPod Touch returns it to the original factory settings. This means that all your songs and files will be deleted and lost. You can resync your files to your iPod from iTunes once you have finished restoration. Connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes before proceeding.
3 In the left navigation panel in iTunes, select your iPod under the "Devices" section. Click the "Summary" tab and select "Restore."
4 When iTunes prompts you about backing up your data, click "Back Up." In the following window, click "Restore."
5 After the restore process completes, you will see the Apple logo on the screen of your iPod. Leave your iPod connected to your computer until it shows up again on the iTunes navigation panel.
6 Your iPod touch is now unlocked. In iTunes you will be able to setup your iPod. Select the backup you made in the drop-down menu to restore your data files. Click "Continue" to finish the restoration.

Tips & Warnings
Apple notes that the company will not be able to help you unlock your iPod if you forget the security combination. Your only choice is to restore the device to the original factory settings.

Gta san andreas error reading disk

I would try a lens cleaning disk and see if that helps. Oftentimes if there's just a little smudge on the lens it can keep certain games from playing while others work perfectly. It's been a while since i used one bought i've bought them from Best Buy and Staples in the past.

Good Luck!

Plug it to a PC and see if you can play the songs with the PC. It is possible that you're asked to enter a password. Then, unplug it and retry to listen to the music.

IPod click wheel frozen

Try to restart the Ipod.

Hold the select button and the menu at the same time until you see the screen go off.

If still does not work then try to enter disk mode and see if it works.

Disk Mode:
Reboot the ipod via Select and menu, right away hold the select and play button and hold until disk mode comes on. Does the wheel work?

If still does not work then reboot the ipod again and let it reboot normal to go back in apple firmware. If all buttons are working and none of the above works, I would assume it is not software related.
