Question about Motorola Mobility E815

Saving recieved pics

Hi

I know this sounds silly.. but we are having issues figuring out how to save a picture from a message when it is sent to the cell in a picture message.. we can open it and see the pic.. but we wanna save just the pic to the phone (not the whole message) so we have it for later and be able to use it for wallpaper and such.. but Cant figure out what we are doing wrong that we can not get it to save to the phone..

I used to have an 815...now i have a v9m. dont remember if it is the same procedure...but try this... open message. then "options". "store". "file". does store come up on your screen? if it does, choose it. i hope that works :)

Some phones only hold pics in msgs for a limited amount of time. Next time you recieve a pic msgs tap and hold to bring up the menu on it. The save image. It will download to your gallery. Problem solved

1. at the send message
2. view message details,
  • save the message in the drafts folder,
  • or cancel the message
cancel to make you outgoing messages not stored at the sent items.

Keep getting "message expired"

Some providers and or phones have a time limit on the pics sent via txt or mms. Unfortunately idk if you can recover your past pics. But the next time you recieve a pic this way, try tapping and holding the image to bring up the options menu. Then select save image or download image. This will save the image to your gallery.

use your file manager and locate the Pics->download folder on the phone memory. You would find the pic there.

LG enV2 stopped autosaving sent messages

How many pics, video, sounds and music do you have stored into your phone? You should save all of these onto a micro SD card.

How many texts are you saving onto your phone? It will only hold a little over 200 in your inbox. You many need to clean it up a bit..

Samsung Messager picture messages not working

The problem could be (and likely is) network related. Have your girlfriend call customer care and file a trouble ticket for MMS not going through. The advanced technical troublsehooting team can look to see if the problem is within T-Mobile's network or Cricket's. If you still have issues, ask me directly and I can help more.

Can't recieve A pic message!!!

I dont know but I would recommend not opening it unless you know who it is from because that sounds very suspicious and could pose a security risk to your info or phone. Good luck.
