Question about Acer Aspire AS55171216 Notebook
Have a look here about half way down, there are some great fixes, use those links to logon, the one about your account being "Hacked" that's one way.. but as you will see there are others too.
The particular issue you're having would probably need to be solved by their customer service reps. Here's a link to their Help page where you can they try to narrow down your issue. If you click on one of the links there then scroll down there's a link that says "Write us a message" which opens up a contact form.
Another way, clear out your Cookies cache. Or Download a new Browser, say Google chrome.. whatever. When you install, DO NOT import any settings. Do NOT set as default browser, and then first thing you do, after starting it, is login to Facebook, should be problem solved.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
