Backup all your pictures and videos off the memory card and use the cameras format option to erase the card, this should solve any problems your getting with the memory card.
if not and you continue to get problems i would suggest you look at replacing the memory card with a new one (as they do only have a limited life). something from a recognised brand as well, like Kingston, etc as cheap memory cards tend to fail quite early in there life.
