i have a smartcam 2.1 but when i try to use the camera for video conversations or something the image is all blurry, how do i get this to focus and give a good picture?

There is an adjustment lens infront of your webcam. Try to rotate it slowly clockwise and if you reach the end and still blurry, rotate back slowly until the imag is acceptable.
