Make sure harddrive is recognized in bios. You can check it in bios setup for that when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or del aLT+F2 key to enter in bios then you can see bios setup load optimal defaults settings Check your harddisk is recognized in main bios page. Open cpu cabinet then reconnect RAM memory and both connection to harddrive . Then check. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
