Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop Jet Black
Because they only want your money, not your loyalty. My experience with Dell is that their support is spectacular and unbeatable...if you are a business client of theirs. However if you are just plain Joe Schmo needing help then you'd probably get more help looking for support from Toshiba for your dell computer. My parents had a computer that was messing up on them all the time. They had it for about a week under a year so before the next week was up, I told them to call dell because it was still under warranty. My father called Dell and I couldn't believe the two reasons he was given on why Dell wouldn't help him. The first was that it was a "software issue" (I can promise you it wasn't) and that Dell doesn't cover software issues...funny thing is the only software on the computer was what came preinstalled from Dell because the computer was put back to factory settings to try to fix it. The other reason he was given was that, "Well your warranty is over in a few days anyways"
That my friend is why dell is such rubbish
