After installing some apps from ovistore, my nokia e63 just froze and shuts down...now i cant even turn it on, only a nokia sign appears and then the lights of the keypad but thats all. toom out the battery,sim card and microsd for an hour but still doesnt work??? what shud i do??????????????????????????????????????????????helpppppppppppppppppppppppp

Goto an open wifi location, open browser and goto www.google.com
do this with your Nokia. Search google for twitter download for Android device.
A lot of people don't know about Aptoide which is like a play-store but all apps (applications) games and stuff is free.
Google Aptoide and install that program and stop paying for stuff.
You may even find Twitter from there but I imagine Twitter is another free app that is available from it's own website.
You may have to go to your phone settings and find "unknown sources" and click this option or you may not be able to install software unless specifically made for the phone.
Most phones now make you sign in and have an account on your phone. you may have to do this to make things easier.
Try Aptoide I think you will find it resourceful.

your RAM is up u should download RAMBOOSTER software or netqin antivirus v5.0 pro.These are free so download them and boost ur RAM{i prefer netqin antivirus}

Check this Guidelines :

* Be sure you are connected in the internet by using wi-fi or GPRS network.

*Try this application : OVISTORE Might the application you download is corrupted or not compatible.

* If you can't open your ovistore,try to reset your phone by typing *#7788# . This will just reset your phone settings and nothing will be erased and it will go back to default,then try it again.

The E63 is a s60v3 phone and will load all signed applications, also Java s40 v5, midp2 programs will load. To sign .sis applications search for imobile sign cert in this forum and use the acquired cert to sign all your .sis files. Enjoy your E63 its a great phone, I'm happy with mine.

sisx files are S60v3 installation files. sis files can be S60v2 or S60v3.
S60v2 files will not install on S60v3 handsets.
Unsigned sis or sisx files cannot be installed (unless you hack the handset). you have to sign the unsigned files before you install them.
better still, you can hack your mobile, so that you can install all unsigned and signed files.

Now here you have to change here one setting which is "SIGNED ONLY" to "ALL".

There is no Google talk for any mobile device including nokia E63. Instead you can use Fring to sign into your google acount for chat in your mobile.

To download fring to your mobile,
Goto www.fring.com direcly from your nokia E63. Download and install it to your mobile. You may need to create a fring account. After that you can configure your google talk, yahoo, hotmail account within fring and can make chat with Gtalk contacts. Enjoy

the sis files are not supported with e63.u can run jar files on it.u can get these files from getjar.com

1. you need to reboot your phone by pressing no. 3 + * + Power button simultaneously and the phone will be back to its original factory setting (fresh) - hard reset
MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP ALL CONTACTS, MESSAGES and OTHER DATA
2. It seems that you have installed a couple of "untrusted" third party application such as Iphone themes, games,etc
I happen to have the same phone with the same problem and now its okey.. hope it helps :)

in settings go to App.Manager and change Install apps from Signed Only to All.
