what this indicated is that there has been a weakness on the element of your range .
The way out to solve this problem is to carefully unscrew the screws on the range then trace the wires down to the element it is silver in color carefully remove it from it position or Locate the element. It should be near where the electrical cord comes into the range.
The element is a small white bar or silver in nature with metal caps on either end. Carefully remove the element. Avoid touching the transformer or other parts inside the microwave.
Purchase a new element. Most range use an 15 to 18 amp ceramic element . Consult your owner's manual to find out what kind of fuse is used, or take the old fuse into the store to find the exact match.
