Just find the output of the computer's sound card and it should have a microphone style female connector that you plug a male connector into. The other end should have rca phono jacks that can accept stereo or left and right 2.1 connections. If you want 5.1 home theater from this signal, it may be possible or may not be possible depending on the input of the 5.1 home theater system.
