Question about Brother HL 5250DN Laser Printer
I have a networked Brother HL-5250DN printer that has been working great. Recently, however it will only print the very top of a page. It won't print anything about 1.5" down the page. I've tried printing from lots of different programs, but the same thing happens. I've left the printer off for a long period of time to reset the memory... I also tried replacing the toner cartridge, but nothing has helped.
Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks in advance!
How does the test print page work? Does it still only print the top bit...

Hopefully that will do the trick.
As always, make sure your OS as well as your drivers are all up to date.
