Question about Washing Machines
It is important to check if the power is coming into the set and to the timer multicontrol switch. It is not poassible for the switch to fail all oof a sudded unless someone had tried to do it the wrong way or tampered or used violently. If so the switch could be defective.
If will be good to check if teh timer action is ticking when you set to the mode, if not the switch is faulty.Check also the lines to the motor is there is by any chance some rodents have eaten out. Check also teh capacitor to the motor but in this case the motor should make an hum.
I suggest you start with the first parrt and check power to the switch module. Hope this helps. Good day
