Question about Brother Disney PE-400D Computerized Sewing Machine
The message you receive will be displayed while the embroidery arm is initialising. Make sure the embroidery arm is properly fitted. Remove the hoop. Press the carriage return button. Turn the unit off. Remove the arm and re-insert it into the unit. There will be an audible click when fitted properly. Make sure that the memory card is properly inserted. The arrow on the card should be facing you and pointing into the machine. Push it all the way in. Turn the main power back on.The message :"Arm will start moving" should display again. Press "OK" If the arm still does not move it is faulty and should be taken in for repairs.
