Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Try to restart the pc if the network is reset. Also try to turn off/turn on the router so that the network will refresh for itself. Then observe both the device manager and the diagnostics if still has the same issue. Also, check your connections and make sure they are tightly connected to the ports. You can ping your router IP address by going to the command prompt. If you can ping your IP address, then try to connect your laptop to the network. You may switch LAN cable (blue cable) in between computers or switch your laptop location. On that you will determine if the problem is your router or your problem is in the computer. You may also uninstall/reinstall your wireless driver if symptom persists. Last resort is to refresh your laptop itself by shutting it down, removing the cables / battery , and then press and hold power button for 8 secs and then put it all back. You may contact Acer or your router provider if all else fail.

3. In the "Network and Internet Connections" window, click on "Network Connections."
4. Once in Network Connections, right-click on the wireless connection then select "View available wireless networks"
5. If the wireless network is a secured network, please refer to the manual of the wireless router to make it unsecured for the purpose of testing the wireless network.
NOTE: Acer does not recommend leaving a wireless network unsecured and is not responsible for data accessed due to unsecured wireless networks.
6. If the wireless network is listed, the wireless adapter is functioning properly. If unable to connect to the wireless router, go through "Before you start" at the beginning of this article.
