What is the manufacturer of your motherboard?
What is the model-number?
Have you tried looking at the manufacturer's web-site,
e.g., 'support.hp.com', and searching for drivers?

Have you tried using Windows Update to look for device-drivers for your hardware?

If you upgrade your operating system like from windows xp to windows vista, you need to install new hardware driver for your computer like for LAN, webcam, WAN and others because the old driver is only compatible with the old operating system and not with VISTA operating system. Solution would are, download webcam and WAN driver for Windows Vista and install it into your computer. Don't just upgrade your computer because the configuration is not the same with the old operating system. If problem still exist, just upgrade the service pack from 2 to 3. There is available install for upgrading the service pack of each operating system. and surely all your hardwares will function.

Veo303vs25x web cam drivers

Veo is no longer in business, so hopefully your not looking for drivers for Windows Vista or Win7. You could run the driver installation disk under compatability mode if you do have the newest Windows operating system.
Here is a link with most of the known drivers produced when Veo was in business.

REQUIRE INSTALLATION DRIVER FOR LEXMARK F4270 FOR WINDOWS VISTA BUSINESS EDITION

Go to the following website and enter your printer model (F4270) in the "Search by Model" box. It will then ask you to select your O/S. Vista Business is the same as Vista with respect to printer drivers. Vista 64 bit is one of the options, select it if you have Vista 64 bit. Otherwise try the XP driver

DVD

Hello,
what operating system did you replace XP 32bit, XP 64bit? Was the version of Vista you used the 32bit or the 64bit. You may need to go to HP.Com and look for replacement drivers for the DVD. You can also use the windows update to obtain correct drivers for the DVD if they have tested them already. Another option is to go to the manufacturer of the DVD device and see what they list for the driver. Just remember there is a big differance between the 32bit and 64bit drivers. Read on the Vista system you installed and see what level was installed in your system. Regards, rcampsr

Might not be, a lot of scanners do not have Vista drivers.

Veo webcam 333vb - driver for vista

Hello nodriver, Guess what vista more then likely will never have a driver for this device. Veo technically went out of business. Some of their old drivers can be found on line but nothing for Vista. In fact most of the cameras don't have drivers that work on Vista. They have Vista compatable drivers which are put together in a kludgy fashion. The only thin I can say is get another camera and wait for the Vista driver to come out.
