the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to reduce the size of a color copy?

You will want to press the MENU button on your printer until the Change Copy Settings item appears. You will then scroll through that menu using the left and right arrows on your menu panel until you see the ENLARGE/REDUCE menu choice. This will give you 3 choices to enlarge or reduce your copy. There are Preset Ratio, ZOOM, or Fit To Page.

Preset Ratio has 2 different sizes you can choose.
Zoom allows you to choose from 25% to 400%.
Fit To Page will automatically scan your image and then fir it to the size of page you have chosen to load into your printer.

If you haven't already done so you can go to the following webpage:
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp210#BrochuresAndManuals
Choose the MP210 series On-screen Manual (Windows 7/7 x64/Vista/Vista64/XP/XP x64/2000), the actual link is called "mp210sosmwin110us.exe". Clicking on that link will allow you to download the file to your desktop. Then double-click the icon and your manual will automatically unpack and install itself. You will then see an icon on your desktop called MP210 series On-screen Manual. Double-click this to load the actual manual. Then choose User Guide. When the User Guide loads choose Changing the Copy Settings under the Copying heading on the left hand side. You can then see a detailed description of the information I gave you in this answer.

This should let you do your adjustment but if not please let us know. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue.

How to change devolper

Remove the waste bottle then the drum unit from the front of the machine.**Cover the drum unit so it is not exposed to the light.
Remove the Developing unit and empty the developer from the dev unit into waste bag. Once all the developer is removed...take the new bottle of developer and pour it all into the dev unit. Replace the plastic cover back onto the top of the dev unit. Re-install the dev unit back into the machine, then replace the drum unit back into the machine then replace the waste toner bottle. Close the front door. Enter the copier adjustment mode on the keypad by pressing "user preset,Orig size(Ledger), and Multi-copy key #3 in sequence.
Then press Multi-copy key #8 , then press the Print key.
Now select th code "09" and Press Print.
The machine will run for approx 2 minutes to initialize the new developer. Press Clear/stop and User preset to escape from the service mode. You are done.

COPIES FROM PANASONIC FP7722 ARE JUST BLOTCHY GRAY

yep!
we can say it is common error/malfunction for these series of fp-77xx
it is also called as quarc error
you may fix it by manually adding some toner at the developing unit
or by pressing USER PRESET + 11 + 1 to perform manual add toner maybe up to 5x until you see some improvement.

How to recharge some users of the ricoh af 3228C in the office?

Most Modern copiers have an access code system built in, this works in two ways, first it elimnates unauthorized copying as the machine is essentially locked if you do not have a code.
Second, It allows you to track the copies made by each code. By assigning each dept or individual with an acess code you can now track the number of copies each has made.
You will likely have to have the service tech come in to set up the feature and adminitrator functions. Once this is done you will have better control of your machine.
I have seen in larger operations a 20-25% reduction in copies once the codes are in place.
If the built in controller does not have enough access codes or features there are aftermarker products available.

Hope this is of some help
Ed
