Is this either a convection oven or a wall oven? If so both have fans. I recommend a high temp oil lubricant in the bearings of the fan motors and see of this cures the issue. Hi temp is important if you want the repair to last.
magnetron do get week over time even more so if you do a lot of short time food reheat, the fan normally is used to cool the magnetron wave guide and if it stops working the over temp safety will trip and stop the magnetron from working

I would first suspect a bad thermistor, but it should be checked, as well as the line voltage at the outlet, etc.

If the hood fan is not working at all, it would be due to a bad connection or other problem on the control panel (circuit board) or an open thermal or winding in the hood fan motor.
