Hey xanthia2313,
According to the manufacturer this webcam is not compatible with Vista. You can try searching for a driver that would make it work using the update driver option.

Sincerely,
Allan

Hi my webcam is not working, the error is the webcam is not connected,I have bought it last year,it was ok since 2 months ago , what shoud I do???

What Operating System are you using? I.E. Windows Vista or Mac OSX?
First you can make sure your cord on both ends is plugged in fully? If so, assuming its USB, plug it into another port. Restart the computer and then try it again. If this doesnt work, check to see if the software that came with the device is installed. Try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it again. This will hopefully refresh the driver and find the device if somehow lost it.
Hope this helps.

Many times the older version drivers will work as new released operating systems try to be backwards compatible with software. Try loading the XP software or search the Canon website for updated software for your model.

I got a new computer and i have a d-link dsb-c320 webcam but dont have the installation cd to re-install it on my new pc. what can i do to get it installed and workinng?

Making this d-link dsb-c320 webcam work with your new computer is easy! First, you must have an internet connection for you to download the required driver in order for the webcam to work. You may click the link below which will directly bring you to the download page :

http://download.driverguide.com/driver/DSB-C320/D-Link/d1406224.html

After downloading it, all you have to do is to go to the folder where it was downloaded and open the file, which will lead you to the step by step installation process. I highly recommend that you restart your computer after the installation.

Enjoy using your webcam and Thank you for using Fixya.

I bought my Kodak Easyshare C310 a few years ago and has been working fine. I bought a new SD card as lost my old one, and when I inserted into the camera it said the memory card was full (wasnt as brand...

Hi there
Check to make sure the cards write protect is off, take the card out of the camera, face the card towards you, look for a small white tab on the left hand side of the card, to unlock it push the tab down, it will be at the side of the card like this 59a6de4.jpg . Put it back in the camera and use the menu to format the card.
If the format fails then its a possibility that you will need a new card.

Good luck and thanks for choosing FixYa!!

Camera doesnt work

Sorry talhahs, creative has not written Vista compatible driver software for you're PC-Cam 350 camera. Hence you're camera will not function with any version of Vista.
There are few SD readers currently that are compatible with Vista. Click on this link to see one type.

A card reader that will help you in transferring pictures from you’re camera to you’re PC while using Vista.
Win XP, unlike Vista will still run program software even if it has not passed MS's compatability.

Good Luck!
