Samsung LN-R328W TV Psychedelic picture

This TV is about 2 years old and has worked perfectly until this week. We now have a psychedelic picture on all channels. Comcast came to check the problem and said it is with the TV and not with the cable. What is the problem and how can it be corrected?

Multiple color lines around the image is most likely the convergence is off. from the menu find the option for convergence
follow the adjustment prompts. if that don't work the board has two IC's that are probably bad
