All major motherboard manufacturers offer this support on most boards. The em64T indicates the processor is capable of running 64-bit operating systems and software. Do you already have a processor and if so what model is the processor? Based on the processor model you'll need to select a motherboard that has the correct socket type and bus speeds.

I notice in the header you are referencing a supermicro system. They are a server manufacturer. The Xeon processor requires a motherboard that will support that cpu. Since this is a server I recommend if the current motherboard is bad that you acquire a new one directly from Supermicro.
