CX5000 All in One.

CX5000 All in One. It only prints half of the page and keeps printing only half a page until article is finished. This is with emails and some others but seems to print OK from Word documents.

- not much of a solution for $10. I do't believe it is the paper since it was OK to start with. Whatever...

- Thank you. I have a person who helps me with things like installing etc. so I will check with her. I believe she did reinstall with the software that came with the printer. Is there a new version for the CX5000?

- I read thru the Printer Guide and could findnothing that was applicble. I will have to get someone to help me with the PC printing instructinsd because I'm not very savvy. It just seemsodd that it prints OK from Windows but not emails.

Hi,

Check the paper settings in the printer and the program which you are printing with. Try to reset the paper settings.

Check your paper printing preferences in your pc, and also in the printer menu. consult your manual in that.

- I mean the paper settings, noting wrong with the paper im sure but the settings on your pc might be incorrect.

Actually Id recommend you uninstall the printer and then get the newest software for it.

select the one that is correct for you (windows version and so on)

- the support doesnt stop at 2 lines of text, if possible we always work to solve the problem. But in most cases the customer in the other end doesnt say a word after the first question so it becomes kind of pointless to type a long post and not get a response later.
