Question about Kirby Ultimate G Bagged Upright Vacuum

Accessory lock is stripped, need a new one? Not sure how to fix this prob.
It will be one or the other , I think you can replace the accessory lock but if I remember right you may have to replace the entire bell housing and assembly.
