Try disconnecting the power supply from the circuit breaker tor 10sec., "on" it again and start the unit. If it don't correct the problem you need a qualified technician to check the defective parts in the unit.

You should be able to download the users manual on the carrier web site or just type in the manufacturer and model number with the words user manual. That should bring up a lot of links for downloading the manual in the PDF format.
GO TO THE MANUFACTURERS WEB SITE AND SELECT SUPPORT, THEN ENTER YOUR MODEL OR SERIAL NUMBER, WHICHEVER THE CASE,AND CHOOSE THE MANUAL YOU NEED. IF THE MANUAL COMES IN PDF FORM AND YOU NEED IT IN PAPER FORM, JUST SELECT ALL AND PRINT IT IF YOU HAVE A PRINTER. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PRINTER THEN E-MAIL THE COPY TO SOMEONE WHO DOES AND HAVE THEM PRINT IT FOR YOU OR USE A PRINTER IN A PUBLIC LIBRARY.IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE MANUAL FOR YOUR PARTICULAR MODEL, IT MAY BE AN OUTDATED UNIT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOK UNDER THE WEB SITE'S ARCHIVE PAGES OR CONTACT THEM BY E-MAIL AND ASK THEM TO SEND YOU A COPY. IT SHOULDN'T COST ANYTHING.
