On my dell xps M1710, i might of accidently deleted the inbuilt audio device, where can i download it again?

No audio output device is installed.

Go to your computer manufacturers website ( \ etc...)and download the driver for your onboard audio device. Good Luck!

go to web site of your sound driver and download it and install it-or if you have cd for your sound driver run and install it.

I Have exact the same problem. I heard you have to delete the phone from your car device and also the device out of your phone memory as wel. then let your car device search for your phone thus not vice versa. I did not test thi procedure yet , but I will today and let you know.

I purchased a sound blaster X-Fi extreme audio notebook card, installed iti into my XPS M1730 Dell laptop computer amd I can not get any sound, AT ALL. Please help me to be able to get a 5.1 surround sound...

im affraid to answer your question because in most cases you will rate me " thanks for trying" it hurt me but it's ok because i want to help you.

First install the driver of your "sound blaster X-Fi extreme audio notebook card" the Utility cd is enclosed in it. after that Hook your speaker to the output of the newly installed card. and then go to control panel , double click the "sounds and audio devices" and then in the "audio tab" and in sound playbak. select the device according to your sound card.

You can adjust some setting there and click ok.
