This may be a drive issue. Without researching and troublshooting it myself, this is difficult guess.
Firstly, check if the SIM card in your phone has been properly formated, or initialized. Read the instructions that came with the phone.
Second, check that the phone software and drivers have been properly installed in to your computer.
Work around:
What you can do is get a compatible SIM card reader/writer for your computer. Copy the music to the SIM card using the computer. Then re-install the SIM card back in to the phone. You will only have to find out which folders to put the music in to. Most of these will already have a folder called music, because the phone should have created it.
