SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Daughter can not open any document and doc on flash drive, says there are zero files when trying to open, but if you do to control panel it says there are files on the flash drive

This sounds like a virus deed. There is a virus that attacks Office files and basically wipes their content.
Make sure you have a secure system, clean of viruses, trojans and any security holes (here's how I do it). Then, get some free data recovery application and try to restore/copy the files off the USB key. Here's a list of free tools http://free-backup.info/data-recovery-software.htm. I've used Easeus to save 1.5TB of data, so I know it works well. But you may want to try them all out and see which one does the job best.

If you found this post useful and informative please vote for it with a Thumb Up. Thank you.

An unknown virus from someone is attacking my pc everytime I am browsing the internet.how can i delete the said virus? This was happened when I chatted someone and then he sent me the virus, then laugh out...

Follow "best practices":

1. Disconnect from the Internet (unplug the Ethernet cable, or disable the wireless adapter).
2. Backup all your data files to DVD-writable disks, or to an external disk-drive.

Note that the Windows "Files & Settings Transfer Wizard" is useful for exporting your E-mail & contacts to a file -- ensure that your "backup" includes that "export" file

3. Click START
4. Click RUN
5. Type CMD and press ENTER.
6. Type CD "\Program Files" and press ENTER.
7. Type DIR and press ENTER.
to produce a "hint" of the installed programs, e.g., Adobe (Reader), anti-virus, Microsoft Office, and so on.
8. Find all your original CD-ROMs and license-keys, and downloaded programs (such as anti-virus) so that you can reinstall Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office and the other programs.
9. Reinstall Microsoft Windows.
10. Reinstall Microsoft Office.
11. Reinstall your anti-virus software.
12. Connect to the Internet.
13. Access: http://WindowsUpdate.microsoft.com
14. Click "Upgrade to Microsoft Update".
15. Let Microsoft Update download/install all the latest security-updates for Windows & Office.
16. Reload your data-files from your DVD or external disk-drive.

Good luck! It will take 10 to 12 hours of "baby-sitting" your computer, as it installs & updates Windows & Office.

Removing w32.virut.cf virus

Try the free version of Malwarebytes
If you have issues installing it, try renaming the file and then renaming the main .exe after it's installed. Some viruses and trojans can recognize the file name and prevent it from installing/running. Also try safe mode to install and run a full scan.

Unable to open Pendrive

Your pen drive is infected by a virus/worm. I have two solutions for this -   > If you have WinRAR software, just open up the pen drive using this and delete "autorun.inf" from it.  OR  > Use any good antivirus software and scan your pen drive, and disinfect the pen drive from any virus/worms. Remove your pen drive, and insert it again. It'll work fine.
