Hi.... I have a Dishlex

hi....
I have a Dishlex Global 300 dishwasher,
and it has stopped working.
The dishwasher appears to be stuck on "drain" mode.
I have poured water into the filter area and after closing then reopening the dishwasher, this water has been drained. It is not reacting to any presses of the buttons but it is constantly flashing the "eco" light. I cannot do anything to stop this and even after disconnecting all power it starts buzzing and flashing again as soon as power is resumed. I cannot locate the instruction booklet that came with it, and Have no idea what to do.
