Does not print in color.

Check the print setting in the driver config,
Check the print options in the document itself.
Check the print options in the printer menu.
Reseat the color cartridge in the carriage assembly.
Clean the connectors on the carriage assembly that connect to the ink cartridge with a slightly damp cloth or que-tip. if you use a que-tip make sure there is not any cotton left behind.
Try a factory reset on the printer, and reinstalling the drivers.
Also are you using a print server or any kind?
