Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
The internal phone software needs to be "reinstalled".
Take it to a service center, they'll know how to do that. The phone will not charge, will not power on and will not accept any input from the keyboard or the USB port except the correct software.
If you try to reload the internal firmware by yourself (there are guides in internet telling how to proceed) be aware that you can render the pone useless beyond any repair.
