I bought Smasung SCH BC519 Guru CDMA Mobile handset on 20th Feb2010.My voice is not properly audible by other party and sometimes breaking(Outing Voice Problem) and Recent calls are not storing and Battary is discharging frequently.I went to 4 Samsung Mbile Service center but they all are not able to find what exactly problem is there,even they change my MIC and Software twice and headphone also.So i request you please either my Money and or change my Handset

Battery will discharge rapidly when the phone is in fringe area (= insufficient range) or the signal strength of the tower is varying. Try another CDMA network operator which has tower near your area.

how can I increase the incoming volume of Samsung CDMA-SCHF339 MODEL. When someone call at my mobile I have to on speaker. Because, incoming call volume is zero.

Unfortunately, CDMA phones cannot be converted to GSM. The two types of devices are very different, even though they do the same thing.
