I see double picture (shifted picture) on my 54" HD samsung tv. There are red lines also toward the top of the picture. Any Idea why? Please advise.

convergence ic stk392-040 , also need to check the resistors 2.2 and 1.8 ohns

Your convergence ICs need replacing. You can get new replacement ics with free instalation instructions at the following link.
