Question about Kodak Ektapro 9020 Slide Projector
My ektapro indexes and allows each slide to be screened twice .is t it a setting problem or a slide mount thickness problem
I haven't seen one of those for quite a few years but my guess is that something in the slide changing mechanism is dirty and/or the lubricant has dried up somewhat. Best guess is the indexer lever, the one that pulls in toward the centre of the projector as the slide moves forward. See if you can clean / lube (with very light grease like "Super-lube") that mechanism.
It is possible though uncommon for the advance lever to get out of whack but I can't recall what's involved in adjusting that. I'd strongly suggest a professional take care of something like that- you could do more harm than good playing with it yourself, esp. without a service manual.
If you are in the US, google Fargo Enterprises Kodak... and if in Canada, Doug Banks Photo
