How do I install the toe grill on an elctrolus french door refrigerater model EI23BC361

When leveling a refrigerator you want to have the front a little higher than the back. This will help the doors shut better and allow the water to drain properly into the condensate pan. Your unit should have feet that you lower on the front of the unit behind the front toe grille. They will be on the front corners.

General Electric (GE) Profile refrigerators have a grille on the bottom of the front of the refrigerator. The grille allows air to be pulled from the kitchen into the lower compartment of the appliance by the condenser fan, which cools the refrigerator's compressor. At times this grille must be removed, such as when you are cleaning the compressor, emptying and cleaning the drain pan or adjusting the refrigerator's leveling legs to level the appliance. The grille is designed for easy removal: It is secured in place using only two screws

1 Open the refrigerator doors to at least 90 degrees.

2 Remove the two Phillips screws securing the grille to the cabinet. They are at the top portion of the front of the grille.

3 Pull the grille away from the front of the cabinet to remove it.

If you are not hearing the compressor running and it is not cooling contact a service professional immediately. The compressor is constantly meant to go on and off frequently to keep unit at a constant temperature. In this case the refrigerator could possibly have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system including the evaporator fan.

in looking up model the filter is found down by your toes / remove the grill and in the center just to the left is the filter . give it a turn and pull out . reverse this to install .. mm

If its mounted under the freezer door it might be easier to remove the toe plate grill

try putting the grill on with the doors open

LG refergiators have floor stops that screw down to contact the floor to keep it from rolling when the doors are opened.

There is one stop on each side, In front of the front wheels.
You may need to remove the toe kick grille to see them.
