My kenmore 90 series washer in not spinning i checked the coupler it seems fine and motor is working too. any other reason?

Sounds like the agitator gear is broken or slipping. Check and see if it is compressed and making full contact withy the shaft.

Look for a blown capacitor if the other components are all fine.

If the coupling is OK then the problem is most likely to be further up the drive-line, which means the gearbox has probably failed. .........Nomess

If the coupler is ok then the next thing to check is the brake/ basket drive cam driver, the ear breaks off on em and won't release the brake. You must remove the agitator and drop the tranny to check it

This is probably a bad drive coupler between the motor and the gearcase assembly.

my washer wouldn't spin or drain and it was a baby sock stuck in the pump! unplug everything and then take the hoses off and look in the pump! hope this helps!

you have a broken coupler...this is a plastic and rubber part that connects the motor to the transmission.  A $20 part

Sounds like you have a broken motor coupler. They are inexpensive. Can be a little tough to replace but I can walk you through it. You can purchase a coupler here.

You need a repairperson. It is probably a belt or a switch problem.
