My kenmore 90 series washer

my kenmore 90 series washer in not spinning i checked the coupler it seems fine and motor is working too. any other reason?

Lid is working there is no problem with lid I think there is problem with the box that is attached to the motor and the upper unit.
I have the same problem.

if not spinning mightbe a lid asssy, if the unit doesnt recognise the door closing it wont spin for safety reasons, try opening and closing lid a few times.. can oyu hear a "clicking noise" if not you need a new lid switch. if you do then id look for maybe something stuck betweeen tubs preventing unit from spinning
