Putting a normal blank CD for printing and somehow it is not seeing it. The printer is almost new. Maybe printed 10 or 15 CD's with it.. What's could be the problem. Thanks

First, be sure you did not insert the CD upside down and it's properly fitted not the drive. Also, you may need to swap out the CD to be sure it's not damaged.
I would suggest uninstalling the software, reinstalling it and then making sure that you have all of your updates on the software and the firmware updates on the DVD drive.

Hi, this is an unfortunate error. this is referring to the lens assembly. it is unable to scan and read at this moment. it could be because the lens is dead or, it could be that the lens is simply dirty and will need to be cleaned. i would try cleaning it with a non brush type cleaning process. Once cleaned and you still have the same issue, i recommend replacing the lens assembly.
You could try taking out the new ink and putting in the old. Then uninstall the program, delete all reference to Epson in Regedit, then reinstall the program. Change the cartridge when prompted. Of course, having messed about with the jet, it may not work now !
