Gorenje manual sucks, no info about oven controls. I managed even to set on oven child lock (key symbol), only way to take it off was to remove fuses from electric board of our house!

this unit will draw up to 50 amps if all burners are operating. i do not know the exact wattage, but they usually have an 8 gauge wiring connector already on the oven, if a wall oven. if a free standing then you will have to put on a cord that will also be an 8 gauge. you will need to determine what wire gauge to use depending on how long of a run you have from the circuit panel to carry the load. it is also a single phase 240 volt system, but that doesnt matter because the wires are the same. are you new at being an electrician? check your code book to make sure you are doing this wiring by the codes for your area.
Open the door and look inside near the base of the door. It will say the voltage. Ours is 110. You can go to the maytag website to get an owners manual and installation manual for free.
Unfortunately I was unable to find the manual in my database. But still found the solution you can click on these links and refer to the instructions :
Ok after looking at the nfpa book what they require is the clearances to be set to what the manufacturer requires this will be listed in the instruction manual. And any gas needs to be installed with a flexible dormont style hose with a gas approved shut off device installed within 4 feet of the appliance.
