- I have a 4Gb Sansa Clip. I manage my music with MediaMonkey. I put several albums on and have been using it for a couple weeks. Later I attempted to add more music and was unsuccessful. In an attempt to regain the ability to add music I've attempted to delete all of my music from the player and cannot. I've tried using the windows format utility, the delete function in Media Monkey, and the format optionin the settings menu. None of this has worked.V01.01.32A- nunyo

click on the drop down arrow above the list that says songs, playlist, etc. then click on the arrow next to the word music, (next to an eighth note) click sansa c140, then click on the arrow next to sansa c140 and click folder. it will show like a stack of cds and MAYBE a folder. click on the stack of cds ONCE then press the delete key. do the same to the folder. (the folder holds voice recordings)
i had the same problem. then i did this and now my songs are deleted and i can add new ones!
