Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Click on the drop down arrow above the list that says songs, playlist, etc. then click on the arrow next to the word music, (next to an eighth note) click sansa c140, then click on the arrow next to sansa c140 and click folder. it will show like a stack of cds and MAYBE a folder. click on the stack of cds ONCE then press the delete key. do the same to the folder. (the folder holds voice recordings)
i had the same problem. then i did this and now my songs are deleted and i can add new ones!

If you connect the device to you'r computer you can simply press delete? i'm confused. It is not possible to delete a file with out connecting it to the computer
