I just bought a refurbished SanDisk Sans e200 MP3 player and after charging it overnight...it will turn on flash "key locked system shutdown" and then turn off again. Any solution?? Did I get ripped off??

There's a slide switch on the top of the unit, near the headphone jack. Slide it away from the jack to unlock the unit. Slide it toward the jack to lock the unit so that accidental bumping of the controls won't do anything.
I had the same problem. The next day I tried it again. It took about 5 hours to charge and then it froze. There were also songs on it that we had not recorded. This was in a sealed case! I took that one back the next day and got a new one. Today we charged that one and it only took about 2 hours. As soon as my daughter tried to go through the screens it froze again. You can't even shout it off! I am very frustraited!!!!!!
