If the radio is new take it back it has a bad signal rectifier if its been working well but just started to play up have the antenna checked or replaced failing that your deck has worn out its rectifier if am or MHz am is as bad as fm then replace deck
With the car, comes a plastic "infocard" with the radio and alarm codes. If you lost the card or didn't receive it with the purchase, you can ask for the code to the radio manufacturer, they'll ask you the serial number of the radio and the car and they'll send you the code.
If you require a code the radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard . Then please POST A NEW QUESTION quoting the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. ================================================ If your radio is a RENAULT/PHILIPS then here are the correct Code Entry Instructions
